Ich vermiete ein vollständig möbliertes und geräumiges Zimmer in einer sehr hellen und großen Wohnung in Zürich Stadt. Insgesamt würden 3 Personen hier wohnen; Das Zimmer ist bis 31.03.2027 begrenzt mit der Möglichkeit, es weiter zu verlängern.
Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über ein Doppelbett, Kleiderständer, Kommode, Nachttisch, Schreibtisch und Stuhl. Alle Nebenkosten (Wasser, Heizung, Strom, Gas, Internet) sind inklusive, außer Serafe-Gebühr. Die Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsräume zweimal im Monat ist auch inklusive.
Rest des Hauses: Die Küche ist mit allen Geschirr, Töpfen und Pfannen, Toaster und Wasserkocher sowie Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Die Küche hat auch einen Balkon
Alle wichtigsten Geschäfte sind in der Nähe und es gibt mehrere Busse und eine Bahnstation direkt neben der Wohnung, die Sie in null Komma nichts in die Stadt bringen. Der Zürcher Hauptbahnhof ist weniger als 10 Minuten entfernt und der öffentliche Verkehr verkehrt von 5 Uhr morgens bis fast 1 Uhr nachts an Wochentagen.
Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner.
Alles wird mit einem Vertrag erledigt! Ich verwende das Standard-Formular des Kantons Zürich.
