Wohnungstausch
Meine Wohnung befindet sich in Thal SG, in einem ruhigen Quartier bei den Rebbergen. Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock, ist geräumig und hat einen recht grossen Balkon nach Süden. Estrich, Keller, Veloraum und Parkplatz vorhanden. Küche ist offen zum Wohnzimmer hin. Geschirrspüler gibt es. WM im UG muss nur mit zwei anderen Parteien geteilt werden. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 3 Minuten auf der Autobahn. Bodensee und Alter Rhein ist auch ganz in der Nähe. Die Gegend ist total flach und sehr geeignet für gemütliche Velofahrten.
Ich suche jemand, der/die seine/ihre Wohnung mit meiner tauschen möchte. Deine Wohnung (oder Haus) sollte mind. 3 Zimmer haben, max. ca. 8 km von Thal SG entfernt, in sehr ruhiger Gegend sein (wenn Wohnung, dann vorzugsweise Dach- oder Maisonette-Wohnung, wenn Haus, dann vorzugsweise alleinstehend, auch etwas abgelegen). Miete pro Monat max. 1600.-- inkl. NK.
Ich freue mich auch sehr auf Angebote von geeigneten Objekten, die zu mieten sind (ohne Tauschabsichten).
