Da ich momentan in Berlin wohne, biete ich meine wunderbare Rückzugsoase in der Matte zur Untermiete und mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit einer möglichen Übernahme. Es gibt einen unbefristeten Vertrag mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 3 Monaten und ich wünsch mir eine offene und transparente Kommunikation zwischen uns. Bin offen, auf Wunsch das eine oder andere Möbelstück rauszunehmen. Vermiete die Wohnung aber grundsätzlich möbliert.
Das Haus hat eine gemeinschaftliche Waschküche. Leider gibt es keinen Estrich oder Keller.
Ort: Schifflaube 24, 3011 Bern
Preis: gem. Vertrag 960.- inkl. Nebenkosten (seit Anstieg der Fixkosten musste ich jedoch bei der jährlichen Nebenkostenabrechnung der Verwaltung immer noch NK dazu zahlen. Realistisch gesehen würde ich mit ca. 990.- / Monat rechnen)
