1 Room, 141 m², 4. floor 

Hello, we are Pierre-Erik (32, SE/CH), Eduardo (25, IT) Gines (23, ES). We live in an awesome WG but sadly one of our roommates is moving out.
We are very openminded and social people who like do activities together such as cook, Böötle, boardgames, darts and a lot of other activities.

The apartment is completely renovated. Everything, from floor to kitchen to bathroom. I have optimized it to create a great atmosphere for a WG. The kitchen also has the latest technologies which makes for a great cooking experience. There is two toilets, one with a shower and one with a bath. Laundry machine and dryer are also in the apartment but concealed so almost no noise comes thru.

There is also a new lift that goes up to our floor which is the fourth. And being on the fourth floor is great because we have two balcony's. One smaller in the kitchen and one big one with a great view and couch.

But to get to the big one has to go thru my room, however everyone has access to it as long as I am awake. Also, we do not have a TV but a projector since we very rarely watch anything. The apartment is in total 141 sqm big, of which 75 sqm. is shared space.

The apartment is located 3 min by foot from the train station in Dietikon. From here you are close to everything. Here we have have the stores, gyms and other facilitys within walking distance. Otherwise its 15 min by tram or buss to the biggest shopping center around Zurich, and 15 min to Zurich HB with departure every 15 min at least. And it is a 4 min walk to the Limmat, which is perfect for Böötle (Rubberboat drifting) during the summer as it is the last stop to go out. Shortly said, it is hard to find a better location.

The available room (nr 2) is 14 sqm. There is a modern sink installed behind the door making it easier to do cosmetics, brush teeth or refill water. The room will also come furnished with a bed, a closet, a bedtable, a chair and a sink cabinet.
You are free to decorate in the room however you want as long as you are able to restore it when moving out. Internet, heat and everything else is also included in the rent.

We are looking for a openminded, clean, respectful and social woman to join our WG, ideal in the age of 24-35, who is looking for having a great time but also move forward in their live. If you feel this could be you then we are looking forward to hear from you.
