Zimmer in Oerlikon zur Langzeitmiete

Wir sind zwei Maenner, 26 und 27 Jahre alt, und suchen eine ruhige, respektvolle und sehr saubere Person fuer unsere WG in Zuerich-Oerlikon.

Mietdauer:
September bis Ende Juli, mit Verlaengerungsmoeglichkeit. Keine Kurzzeitmiete.

Voraussetzungen:
- Aufenthaltsbewilligung B
- Arbeitsvertrag von mindestens 50 Prozent
- Kaution: CHF 2000, Vorgabe der Immobilienverwaltung

Zusatzkosten:
- CHF 17 pro Monat fuer Internet
- Anteilige Schweizer Radio- und Fernsehabgabe fuer 10 Monate

Die Haltestellen der Linien 7, 14 und 51 sind etwa zwei Gehminuten entfernt. Der Bahnhof Oerlikon ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und der Flughafen Zuerich in etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Das Zimmer kann frei moebliert werden. Aktuell fehlt nur ein Kleiderschrank.

Room for Long-Term Rent in Oerlikon
We are two guys, aged 26 and 27, looking for a calm, respectful and very clean person to join our shared apartment in Zurich-Oerlikon.
**Rental period:** September until the end of July, with the possibility of extending. No short-term rental.
**Requirements:**



* Valid Swiss B permit
* Employment contract of at least 50%
* CHF 2,000 deposit, required by the property management company

**Additional costs:**



* CHF 17 per month for internet
* Proportional share of the Swiss radio and television fee for 10 months

Tram and bus lines 7, 14 and 51 are around two minutes away on foot. Oerlikon train station is approximately a 15-minute walk away, and Zurich Airport is about 10 minutes away by car.
The room can be furnished as you like; only a wardrobe is currently missing.
