* Aktuell wird die Wohnung von uns als Paar genutzt. Sie ist aber auch ideal allein oder als WG. Wir haben noch ein zweites 160cm Bett mit Matratze welches bei Bedarf in das grosse Zimmer gestellt werden kann. Auch kann auf Wunsch einer der beiden Schränke in das kleine Zimmer verschoben werden.
* Die Tramhaltestelle Zwielplatz befindet sich unmittelbar vor der Haustür. Somit bist du in 20 Min. ohne Umsteigen am Zürich HB. Auch die Bushaltestelle Meierhofplatz erreichst du in 2 Min. zu Fuss. Dieser Bus fährt dich direkt zur ETH, nach Oerlikon oder Altstetten.
* Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Migros, Coop und Denner etc.) erreichst du alle zu Fuss in 5 Min.
* Waschmaschine und Tumbler befinden sich in der Wohnung.
* Wir haben keinen Fernseher und kein WLAN.
* Die Küche ist modern ausgestattet mit Abwaschmaschine und Backofen mit Mikrowellenfunktion.
* Der Balkon ist gross und ins Grüne ausgerichtet. Der Grill darf gerne benutzt werden
* Das Werdinseli an der Limmat befindet sich zu Fuss 5 Min. entfernt.
* Mietkaution: 2 Monatsmieten.
