Hey !Wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin für September und das genaue Datum ist zu besprechen (beide im Zwanziger-Alter) eine neue Mitbewohnerin, die unser kleines Team von Mitbewohnern bereichern möchte!
Wer sind wir?Katia und Myriem wohnen im schönen Schönberg-Viertel, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von zwei Bushaltestellen entfernt. Unsere Wohnung ist ein wahrer Traum: sie besteht aus 5,5 Zimmern. Du hast Zugang zur Küche, zum Badezimmer mit separatem WC, zum Wohnzimmer und zum schönen Garten, den wir mit den Nachbarn teilen. Das freie Zimmer verfügt über ein eingebautes Kleiderschrank und wird unmöbliert vermietet.
Die Miete beträgt 606 CHF pro Monat. Zusätzlich teilen wir die Stromrechnung (ca. 150 CHF alle drei Monate) und das Wi-Fi (13,30 CHF pro Monat). Der Mietvertrag (Untermietvertrag) ist derzeit auf ein Jahr begrenzt 061 201 145 932 042 902 29 4a .
Unsere ideale Mitbewohnerin: eine Frau zwischen 25 und 30 Jahren (Generation Z, du weißt schon) spricht Englisch und Französisch, besitzt einen Aufenthaltstitel oder einen Schweizer Pass, möchte eine multikulturelle Wohngemeinschaft erleben und bringt ihre eigene Erfahrung in dieser Hinsicht mit, wohnt in Freiburg unter der Woche oder geht gerne aus und hat kein Problem mit einem wenig Lärm
