In unserer 4-er-WG an der Hagenholzstrasse 96 in Oerlikon wird 1 Zimmer ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung frei. Es ist eine 6.5-Zimmerwohnung mit ca. 180 m^2 auf 2 Stöcken (Neubaubau, Maisonette). Die Wohnung besitzt ein grosses Wohnzimmer, eine moderne Küche (inkl. Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und 2 Kühlschränke), grosse Terrasse, einen Balkon auf dem zweiten Stock, 2 Bäder inkl. WC, ein Gästezimmer (!), 1 Gäste-WC sowie ein Waschraum mit Waschturm (Waschmaschine & Trockner).
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 m^2 gross, unmöbliert und die monatliche Miete inkl. Nebenkosten beläuft sich auf 1'120 CHF.

Es befinden sich 2 Coops in Gehdistanz (jeweils 5 min.) und die Bushaltestelle "Riedbach" ist direkt vor dem Hauseingang. Zum Bahnhof Oerlikon hat man mit dem Bus 3 Minuten, nach Zürich HB ca. 10-15 Minuten.

Wir 3 sind alle männlich, zwischen 28 und 32 Jahre alt und Young Professionals. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, wir kochen und trinken mal gerne zusammen, aber jeder hat auch seine Ruhe/Privatsphäre. In our 4-person shared apartment at Hagenholzstrasse 96 in Oerlikon, 1 room will be available from now or by arrangement. It is a 6.5 room apartment with about 180 m^2 on 2 floors (new construction, maisonette). The apartment has a large living room, a modern kitchen (incl. dishwasher, microwave and 2 refrigerators), large terrace, a balcony on the second floor, 2 bathrooms incl. toilet, a guest room (!), 1 guest toilet and a laundry room with washing tower (washing machine & dryer).
The room is about 14 m^2, unfurnished and the rent including utilities is 1'120 CHF per month.

There are 2 Coops within walking distance (5 min. each) and the bus stop "Riedbach" is directly in front of the house entrance. To the train station Oerlikon you have 3 minutes by bus, to Zurich HB about 10-15 minutes.

All 3 of us are male, between 28 and 32 years old and young professionals. We are not a functional shared fat, we like to cook and drink together, but everyone has their own rest/privacy.
