Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock und überzeugt durch ihre Lage: nur wenige Gehminuten zum Zürichsee, gute Anbindung ans Busnetz und rund 10 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof Horgen.
Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet, Serafe) sind im Mietzins nicht inbegriffen und werden hälftig nach effektivem Verbrauch abgerechnet. Rauchen ist ausschliesslich auf dem Balkon gestattet, Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Übernachtungsgäste kurz mit mir absprechen.Bitte haben Sie Nachsicht, wenn ich nicht sofort antworte ich bin aktuell noch in den Ferien.Besichtigung und kennenlernen ist ab dem 11.8 möglich
