Ab **Ende September** wird in meiner 3-Zimmer-Wohnung ein Zimmer frei.
Ich bin 33 Jahre alt, arbeite im Gartenbau und führe ein eher ruhiges, geregeltes Leben. Ab November beginne ich zusätzlich eine Weiterbildung. Deshalb werde ich viel zu Hause lernen und wünsche mir eine ruhige und angenehme Wohnatmosphäre.
Ich suche eine unkomplizierte Mitbewohnerin oder einen unkomplizierten Mitbewohner, die oder der ebenfalls berufstätig ist, respektvoll mit der Wohnung umgeht und ein eher ruhiges Leben führt.
**Das erwartet dich:**
* Eigenes Zimmer (möbliert oder unmöbliert)
* Die vorhandenen Möbel können bei Interesse kostenlos vom jetzigen Mitbewohner übernommen werden.
* Mitbenutzung von Wohnzimmer, Küche und Badezimmer.
**Kosten:**
* Miete:**CHF 889.50 pro Monat**
* Hinzu kommen die üblichen Nebenkosten, die gemeinsam getragen werden, z. B. Heizkosten, Strom sowie Serafe (TV- und Radioabgabe).
