Wir suchen eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in), Einzugstermin nach Vereinbarung

Wir, das sind Janina, Alain und Lukas, alle Anfang / Mitte 30ig. Wir schätzen das gemeinsame Zusammenleben und verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander, sind aber auch viel unterwegs und geniessen darum ab und zu die Ruhe zuhause.

Anzubieten haben wir ein Zimmer in unserer 5.5 Zimmer Wohnung an einer hervorragenden Lage im Kreis 4 zwischen Lochergut und Bullingerplatz. Die Umgebung ist sehr lebendig, aber überhaupt nicht laut. Die Wohnung ist ausgerüstet mit eigener Waschmaschine/Trockner. Ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage kann über die Verwaltung organisiert werden.

Das Zimmer ist bereits ab Mitte August frei, doch sind wir bzgl. Einzugstermin flexibel. Die Gemeinschaftsräume der Wohnung sind ähnlich wie auf den Fotos eingerichtet, dein Zimmer jedoch unmöbliert. Der Preis für das Zimmer ist 950.- pro Monat, was inkl. Akonto der Nebenkosten ist.

Bist du interessiert an einem aktiven WG-Leben, stehst mit beiden Beiden im Leben, bist ordentlich aber nicht nicht pingelig, hast gerne Spass zuhause und kannst aber auch Rücksicht auf andere nehmen, dann freuen wir uns dich kennen zu lernen.

We're looking for a new flatmate; move-in date to be agreed

We're Janina, Alain and Lukas, all in our early to mid-30s. We enjoy living together and spending time with one another, but we're also out and about a lot, so we appreciate the peace and quiet at home from time to time.

We have a room to offer in our 5.5-room flat in a superb location in Kreis 4, between Lochergut and Bullingerplatz. The neighbourhood is very lively, but not at all noisy. The flat is equipped with its own washing machine and tumble dryer. A parking space in the underground car park can be arranged through the property management.

The room will be available from mid-August, but we're flexible regarding the move-in date. The communal areas of the flat are furnished as shown in the photos, but your room is unfurnished. The rent for the room is 950.- per month, which includes a deposit towards service charges.

If you're interested in an active flat-share lifestyle, have both feet firmly on the ground, are tidy but not fussy, enjoy having fun at home but can also be considerate of others, then we'd love to get to know you.
