- Naherholungsgebiet (Sonnenberg) mit dem Velo in 5 Minuten;
Per 1. September 2026 suche ich eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine 3.5-Zimmer Wohnung in Kriens. Die Wohnung überzeugt durch eine grosszügige Raumaufteilung und den typischen Charme einer Altbauwohnung. Sollte ein Velo fehlen, sind die Innenstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aber auch Bademöglichkeiten am Vierwaldstättersee mit den ÖV in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der heimeligen Küche (ohne Geschirrspüler) wird durch den Terrazzo-Boden ein mediterranes Ambiente verliehen, das sich auf dem Gartensitzplatz fortsetzt und zum Erholen einlädt.
