I am looking for a tenant for my cosy, fully furnished flat in Basel for a short-term tenancy of 2 months from November to December 2026. The dates can be arranged individually if required, with a flexibility of around 1 week either way.
The flat, which is approximately 60 m², features:
a bedroom with a box-spring bed, including a study area with a height-adjustable desk
a living room with a TV
a separate, fully equipped kitchen
a bathroom with a bath
a balcony
The flat is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for day-to-day life. The numerous houseplants are a particular highlight they'd appreciate being watered regularly during your stay :).
Location:
just a few minutes' walk from Basel SBB
Solothurnerstrasse tram stop right on the doorstep
plenty of shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity
many restaurants, cafés and other leisure options in the surrounding area
Rent:
CHF 1,690 per month including service charges, furniture and use of the entire flat.
Plus a CHF 700 security deposit. A sublease agreement will be drawn up and submitted to the property management.
