Für meine schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung an der Brückfeldstrasse 19, 3012 Bern, suche ich eine/n Nachmieter/in. Der Bezug ist ab 1. September 2026 möglich.
Der Mietzins beträgt CHF 1'655. pro Monat inklusive Nebenkosten.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss und überzeugt mit einem intelligenten Grundriss sowie einem grossen Balkon über die gesamte Wohnungsbreite. Die moderne Küche verfügt über ein Glaskeramikkochfeld und einen Geschirrspüler, das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet.
Im Haus stehen drei Waschmaschinen und drei Tumbler zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Einstellhallenplätze können bei Bedarf dazugemietet werden.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im beliebten Länggassquartier 3 Fussminuten vom Migros/Denner entfernt. Der Bahnhof Bern ist mit dem Fahrrad in rund 4 Minuten, zu Fuss in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar. Zudem besteht eine sehr gute ÖV-Anbindung: Die Buslinie 12 ab Bierhübeli fährt ungefähr alle 6 Minuten direkt zum Bahnhof Bern.
