zentrale Lage (im Hölzli 30: zur Uni 15 Minuten zu Fuß, zum Marktplatz: 20min, 9er Bus (Direktbus zur Uni) direkt vor der Haustür)

Großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon
Sehr guter Preis (600 Fr, Nebenkosten sind inklusive)
Lichtdurchflutete Räume
Küche mit Geschirrspüler
Stauraum im Keller, sowie Wasch-, und Trocknerraum
Unsere WG besteht aus einem Mitbewohner im 5. Semester (CS) und einem im 7.Semester (BA) an der HSG. Das erste Foto zeigt das zu vermietende Zimmer. We're looking for a new flatmate!
Since I'm away on an internship, we have a room available in our centrally located three-person shared flat (4.5-room apartment) from now until mid-April 2027.
What the apartment offers:
* Great central location (Im Hölzli 30): 15-minute walk to the university, 20 minutes to the city centre/Marktplatz, and the No. 9 bus (direct to the university) stops right outside the building.
* Renovated in 2024
* Spacious 23 m² furnished room
* Large living room with a balcony
* Excellent value: CHF 600/month, including utilities
* Bright, sun-filled rooms
* Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher
* Storage space in the basement, plus a shared laundry and drying room
Our flat is currently home to two HSG students: one in their 5th semester (Computer Science) and one in their 7th semester (Business Administration).
