Unsere 2er WG sucht ab dem 1. November 2026 einen Nachmieter:
- Dein Zimmer: ca. 16m2, unmöbliert mit Morgensonne. Auf Wunsch kann ein Sideboard übernommen werden.
- Die Wohnung: 4.5 Zimmer (84m2), moderne Küche, Balkon mit Kräuterbeeten und Balkonkraftwerk. Makerspace mit einigem Werkzeug. Keller- und Dachabteil. Geteilte Waschküche mit Trockner. Haustiere und Instrumente mit Vorbehalt unserer Vermieter (sehr chillig) erlaubt. Ein Parkplatz kann dazugemietet werden.
- Die Lage: Ruhig - am Waldrand gelegen. Coop und Bauhaus in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Gut an den ÖV angebunden (vom Haus aus bist du in ca. 20 Minuten in Bern).
- Die WG: 2er WG - Manuel (22, Informatiker, technikbegeistert, lernt Japanisch) bleibt und freut sich auf jemand Neues.
Bei uns gibt's von allem ein bisschen: Mal zusammen kochen, mal eine Movie- oder Game-Night, mal am Homelab schrauben oder im Bastelzimmer werkeln - aber alles kann, nichts muss!
Wen wir suchen: Egal ob Studi oder berufstätig - hauptsache du bist unkompliziert und hast Lust auf ein entspanntes Miteinander. Vorzugsweise bist du zwischen 18 und 30.
