Ein möbliertes Zimmer in einer freundlichen WG ist für einen anfänglichen Zeitraum von 5 Monaten zu vermieten, mit der Möglichkeit einer Verlängerung um 6 Monate.
Ich suche jemanden (Alter 25-35), der gesellig, respektvoll und leicht zu leben ist. Die Wohnung ist englischsprachig, daher ist es wichtig, sich in Englisch wohlzufühlen. Idealerweise suche ich einen männlichen Mitbewohner, aber ich bin auch offen für Bewerbungen von Frauen.
Die Wohnung wird sauber und ordentlich gehalten, daher suche ich jemanden, der sauber und respektvoll gegenüber der Wohnung ist. Dies ist ein entspanntes und freundliches Zuhause, in dem Partys nicht erlaubt sind.
