Current rent: CHF 1,790/month (including utilities).

Location: Situated in a quiet, green area of Allschwil. Only a 2-minute walk to Tram No. 6 (Ziegelei), with a direct connection to Basel city center. Within a 5-minute walk you'll find Migros, the municipal office, post office, bakery, and a park. Basel Airport is about 25 minutes away by public transport.

The property management agency is easy to deal with, and the neighbours are friendly. Pets are allowed with the agency's approval.

We can also sell some of our furniture, including a large floor-to-ceiling IKEA PAX wardrobe that fits perfectly under the sloped ceiling, as well as a dining table, chairs, a kitchen island, a sofa, and a few other items.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the tenancy, as the final decision is made by the agency after reviewing the usual application documents.

For reference, this was our first apartment in Switzerlandwe had no Swiss rental or credit history at the time, and we had no issues being approved.
