A room is becoming available in our great shared apartment with three flatmates: two male, one female, aged between 27 and 34, all working professionals, sporty and often on the go.
Hottingen, District 7 - close to the city, yet quiet. Near tram line 3, less than 10 minutes to Zurich HB. Supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, the post office and pharmacy are all within less than 5 minutes' walking distance.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and offers a total of 179 m² of living space. It has two bathrooms, a piano, a fireplace in the apartment, and a private gym in the cellar.
All-inclusive rent: CHF 1,590, including utilities, biweekly cleaning, Mr. Green recycling and internet. Deposit: CHF 3,789.
