Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner schönen Dachwohnung im Zentrum von Chur zur Untermiete, von September 2026 bis spätestens März 2027.
Ich suche eine sympathische Untermieterin oder einen sympathischen Untermieter für ein 16 m2 grosses Zimmer in einer 106 m2 grossen Altbau-Dachwohnung.
Die Wohnung ist hell und charmant, mit grosser Dachterrasse, ganztägiger Sonne und einem gemütlichen Cheminée im Wohnzimmer. Das ganze Zuhause kann mitbenutzt werden, inklusive Bad und aller gemeinsamen Bereiche.
Zu mir: Ich bin Tim, habe die letzten drei Jahre in einer WG gewohnt und suche für die Winterzeit eine coole, unkomplizierte Person als Mitbewohnerin oder Mitbewohner.
Eigentlich möchte ich später mit meiner Kollegin zusammenziehen. Da das aber erst nächstes Jahr möglich ist, suche ich für ihr Zimmer bis dahin eine Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner.
