WG-Zimmer in Zofingen
Da ich für ein Jahr beruflich wegziehe, wird mein Zimmer in unserer gemütlichen Erdgeschosswohnung für ein Jahr frei.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet. Falls du lieber deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen möchtest, können die vorhandenen Möbel nach Absprache auch entfernt werden.
Die Wohnung teilst du dir mit einem jungen Mann, der beruflich häufig unterwegs ist. Zu deinem Zimmer gehört ein Wohnzimmer, eine gemeinsame Küche und ein gemeinsames Badezimmer. Zur Wohnung gehören ausserdem ein schöner Garten sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Tumbler im Keller.
Im selben Haus wohnt auch meine Familie mit einem lieben Hund sowie zwei Katzen. Der Hund freut sich über bekannte Gesichter und meldet jeweils, wenn jemand Neues ins Haus kommt. Deshalb wünschen wir uns eine ruhige Person mit eher wenig Besuch. Besonders gut könnte die Wohnsituation deshalb für eine Wochenaufenthalterin oder einen Wochenaufenthalter passen.
Die Wohnung liegt an zentraler Lage: Die Innenstadt erreichst du in etwa 4 Minuten zu Fuss, den Bahnhof in rund 10 Minuten. Von dort aus bestehen gute Zugverbindungen in die ganze Schweiz.
