Room for rent in quiet neighbourhood in Landquart. 15 minutes walk to the Landquart Fashion Outlet, 10 minutes walk to the train station. 200m to Lidl, 700m to more supermarkets.

Situated in between a private street and the woods directly after the back-garden.

The house has two bedrooms (one for rent), spacious fully equipped kitchen, living room and a big space in the cantine downstairs, with washing room and plenty of space for bike, boxes, etc. The garden is about a hundred meters big in surface. The house has a dedicated parking space adjacent to the front door. This would come rented separately. Most of the week I am not home as I work in the other side of Switzerland.

The room for rent is spacious, quiet and with beautiful view of the garden and mountains. Sun hits early morning. If necessary, there is enough bed clothing for both the rooms:)
Washing machine is downstairs and can be used any time (except the quiet hours / days).

What I look for: someone responsible, cool to co-live with, clean, respectful and friendly. Woman / man welcome. No pets are allowed in this property by contract.

It is a great place, cool old house with amazing surroundings and great resting-quality.

For visiting the house I am normally here one day mid-week and on the weekends.

The price per month includes all house costs. A provision of one month is required before moving in as deposit. This will be saved and returned at departure.
