WG-Zimmer in Bern
Es soll ein entspanntes und harmonisches Zusammenwohnen sein: Kein Zwang zum gemeinsamen Kochen oder ständigen Unternehmungen. Wenn sich mal ein gemeinsamer Abend; ob Essen, FüBi, Aareschwumm oder ein spontanes Gespräch ergibt, freue ich mich immer darüber.
Ich wünsche mir, dass du:
\- sozialkompetent, sauber und ordentlich bist
\- kein Instrument zuhause spielst
\- Fleisch in Massen zubereitest
Zu mir:
Eher ruhig und unkompliziert, arbeite 80%, im Sommer oft an der Aare anzutreffen, politisch interessiert. Vor allem an Umwelt- und Naturschutzthemen. Respekt, Rücksichtnahme und ein angenehmes Wohnklima sind mir wichtig.

\- Dein Zimmer: 19.15 m²
\- Gemeinsames Wohnzimmer

\- Du wirst in den Mietvertrag mitaufgenommen
\- Miete: 940 inkl. NK. ewb Rechnung kommt alle 3 Monate und ist ca. 140.-
\- Es kann sein das Ende Jahr noch eine ausserordentliche Nebenkostenabrechnung kommt, wenn z.B viel geheizt wird.
