Chambre à louer avec salle de bain privée dans une colocation

Nous cherchons une personne pour reprendre une chambre dans notre coloc dès maintenant, ou au plus tard dès le 1er août. La chambre dispose d'une salle de bain privée et se trouve dans une colocation de trois personnes : tu vivras avec deux garçons (venant du Tessin).

Quelques caractéristiques de l'appartement :
• Spacieux, très lumineux et confortable
• Grande salle à manger et cuisine équipée, avec lave-vaisselle
• Situé à côté du Parc du Domino, près du Boulevard de Pérolles
• À 10 minutes à pied de la gare et à 8 minutes à pied du campus de Pérolles
• Magasins et services à moins de 10 minutes à pied : Denner, Coop, Migros, etc.
• 2 lave-linge et sèche-linge dans le bâtiment, sans horaires fixes et presque toujours libres

Loyer : 780 CHF/mois, charges comprises
Wi-Fi : 13 CHF/mois en supplément

We are looking for someone to take over a room in our shared apartement as soon as possible, or by August 1st at the latest. The room comes with a private bathroom and is part of a three-person shared apartment, where you will be living with two male roommates coming from Ticino.

A few highlights of the apartment:

• Large dining area and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher
• Located next to Parc du Domino, close to Boulevard de Pérolles
• 10 minutes' walk from the train station and 8 minutes' walk from the Pérolles campus
