Ich habe eine kleinere Wohnung gefunden und werde mein jetziges Zimmer daher untervermieten (Übernahme fix ab Oktober möglich).
Zur Location:
Cluster-Wohnung mit 9 Zimmern, jedes mit separatem Badezimmer und Kühlschrank. Geteilt wird eine moderne Küche mit 3 Kochfeldern und Essbereich, wie in einer WG.
Daneben gibts einen Billiardtisch, zwei Waschmaschinen und Tumbler .
Zimmer mit Morgensonne, gegen Innenhof gerichtet und entsprechend ruhig.
Deine Mitbewohner (zwischen 25 umd 35 Jahren) sind alle sehr freundlich und stets bemüht darum, alles ordentlich zu halten.
Melde dich einfach für eine Besichtigung, Wochentags ab 19 Uhr möglich.
