Da ich vorzeitig aus meinem Mietvertrag austrete, suche ich für meine 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Basel SBB entfernte 74 Quadratmeter Wohnung in Basel einen passenden und solventen Nachmieter.
Offizieller Mietbeginn und Flexibilität: Der reguläre Einzugstermin ist der 01.08.2026. Da meine Folgewohnung bereits leer steht, bin ich zeitlich flexibel: Sobald die Verwaltung (livinggroup, Zürich) die Zusage für ein Dossier erteilt, können wir die Wohnungsübergabe nach Absprache auch früher durchführen.
