Möbliertes WG Zimmer zur Untermiete ab Januar 2027
Aufgrund einer längeren Abwesenheit vermiete ich mein gemütlich eingerichtetes (inkl. Bett 160 x 200 cm, Regale, Fernseher, Minisofa, Schreibtisch + bequemer Stuhl fürs Homeoffice), ruhiges WG-Zimmer im schönen Bachletten-Quartier (nur 1 Minute zur Tramhaltestelle "Im langen Loh") ab Januar 2027.
Wir sind zu sechst und ein bunt gemischter, herzlicher Haushalt: bei uns wird Spanisch, Englisch, Deutsch und Portugiesisch gesprochen. Das Zusammenleben ist entspannt und respektvoll, jeder hat aber auch sein eigenes Leben mit vielen Projekten, dadurch verläuft es sich auch mal, und man sieht sich teilweise eine Woche nicht. Meine Mitbewohner:innen reisen für ihr Leben gern, sind sportlich sehr aktiv und kochen mit Leidenschaft.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet: Waschmaschine und Trockner gratis inklusive, Kühlschrank, Herd und Gefrierfach. Ausserdem haben wir zwei Bäder, sodass es morgens nie zu Stau kommt.
Beginn Januar 2027 (kein früherer Einzug möglich), für unbestimmte Zeit.
Die ersten Besichtigungen finden voraussichtlich im September statt. Video Besichtigung geht auch früher.

Due to a longer absence, I'm renting out my cozy furnished (incl. bed 160x200 cm, shelves, TV, Mini sofa, Desk + cozy chair for home office), quiet room in a shared apartment in the lovely Bachletten neighborhood just 1 minute from the "Im langen Loh" tram stop from January 2027.
We're a warm, diverse household of six. We speak Spanish, English, German, and Portuguese. Living together is relaxed and respectful, though everyone also has their own busy life full of projects, so paths cross and sometimes we don't see each other for a whole week. My roommates love to travel, are very sporty and active, and genuinely enjoy cooking.
The kitchen is well equipped: free washer and dryer included, fridge, stove, and freezer. We also have two bathrooms, so mornings never get crowded.
Move-in starting January 2027 (no earlier date possible), for an open-ended timeframe.
First viewings will likely take place around September. Video viewings earlier.
