Die Siedlung ist sehr angenehm, mit Cafés und Spezialitätenläden direkt vor der Tür. Es ist sehr ruhig, da es keine aktive Strasse gibt die an der Wohnung vorbei führen. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alle Vorteile der Stadt können genossen werden, da die Lage gleich am Bahnhof Stettbach ist und man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in 4 Minuten am Stadelhofen und in 8 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof ist. Die Liegenschaft liegt zwar auf der Dübendorfer Seite direkt am Stadtrand, dadurch profitiert man aber von den günstigeren Dübendorfer Steuern und Prämien.
Wir suchen eine grössere Wohnung in Zürich oder in Stadtnähe – mindestens 3.5 Zimmer, da wir ein Kind erwarten und mehr Wohnraum brauchen. Wir freuen uns darauf, von dir zu hören, und können gerne gemeinsam die Details besprechen. Melde dich einfach, wenn du Interesse hast.
