Une chambre se libère dans notre appartement yverdonnois modeste et calme de style ancien. En plein centre-ville dans un quartier plutôt commode, celle-ci est disponible de suite et une autre le sera fort prochainement. Cuisine, buanderie, salon, toilettes et salle de bain sont en commun.
En la forme, les frais pécuniaires par chambre nous en reviennent à environ CHF 550.- toutes charges comprises. Ouvert aux individus sainement fréquentables, le fonctionnement est plutôt simple et didactique, les conditions libres et la pérennité financière bienvenue...
En annexe et selon préférences, convenances et affinités, dans les environs; jardin, matelas, tapis et canapés sont aussi modulables et praticables fonction du confort désiré. Et tout plein dactivités fraîches et amusantes ou parfois même tout à fait profondes et intéressantes y sont offertes et proposées.
