Die Lage ist ideal: Der Bahnhof Stadelhofen ist in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, eine Tramhaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Mit dem Tram erreicht man das Stadtzentrum in rund 7 Minuten, zu Fuss in etwa 25 Minuten.

For my bright and fully furnished 1.5-room apartment in Zurich, I am looking for a tenant for approximately one year. The apartment is suitable for both a single person and two occupants.
The rental period is between October 1, 2026 and September 30, 2027.
The apartment has a south-facing orientation and is filled with natural sunlight throughout the day. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge for the tenant(s).
The location is ideal: Stadelhofen railway station can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot, and a tram stop is located directly in front of the building. The city center can be reached in approximately 7 minutes by tram or about 25 minutes on foot.
