Die Wohnung eignet sich für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar, die Ruhe im Haus schätzen und doch mitten im Zürisommergeschehen sein möchten. Nebenan ist eine Baustelle (bei der die lauten Arbeiten weitestgehend abgeschlossen sind)
Ich habe Blumen, die gegossen werden wollen.
Interessenten mit Tierhaarallergie sind leider nicht geeignet, da ich mit meinem Hund in der Wohnung lebe.

The apartment is suitable for a single person or a couple who appreciate peace and quiet in the house and yet want to be in the middle of Zurich's summer life. There is a building site next door (where the noisy work has nearly been completed)
I have flowers that need water.
Interested parties with animal hair allergies are unfortunately not suitable, as I live in the apartment with my dog.
