•Mitbenutzung: Herzliche Mitbenutzung von Küche, Wohnzimmer sowie der gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheit im Garten.
•Stauraum & Velo: Einen sehr kleiner Stauram im Kellerabteil sowie ein gedeckter Fahrradabstellplatz sind vorhanden.
Lage: Sehr ruhige Wohnlage. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur ca. 6–7 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof Brugg bzw. zum FHNW-Campus (Campus Areal Brugg-Windisch).
Mietpreis: CHF 690.– Miete + CHF 80.– Nebenkosten (Total: CHF 770.– / Monat)
Wen wir suchen: Da es in unserem Haus sehr ruhig ist, suchen wir ausschliesslich eine ruhige, ordentliche Studentin (Nichtraucherin), die eine angenehme Wohn- und Lernatmosphäre schätzt. Andere Anfragen können leider nicht berücksichtigt werden.
