Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hell, liegt in der Rue de Lausanne, etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Renens entfernt und ist praktisch für den Besuch der UNIL/EPFL. Sie verfügt über 3 Zimmer, 2 Badezimmer, ein großes Wohn-/Esszimmer, eine ausgestattete Küche, 2 Terrassen und einen Keller.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 20 m² groß und bietet direkten Zugang zur Nordterrasse. Es wird möbliert sein, aber die Möbel gehören mir, daher bevorzuge ich eine Person, die interessiert ist, sie zu kaufen oder zu übernehmen.
Sie werden mit zwei ruhigen Mathematik-/Informatik-Doktoranden zusammenleben. Die Wohnung ist ideal für einen Doktoranden oder einen jungen, ruhigen und nicht rauchenden Berufstätigen.
Miete: 1165 CHF/Monat, inklusive Nebenkosten, mit etwa 15 CHF/Monat extra für Strom.
