Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen: Die S-Bahn (2 Minuten Fussweg) benötigt 7min zum Hauptbahnhof Bern. Migros/Coop/Post sind ebenfalls innerhalb von 2min zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit einen Einstellplatz in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage zu mieten (CHF 180), an dem auch ein Elektroauto geladen werden kann (separate Abrechnung).
