Obergeschoss und Dachgeschoss hat es eine grosse Maisonette-Dachwohnung. Im Untergeschoss befinden sich die Keller der Wohnungen und die allg. Waschküche der beiden kleinen Wohnungen. Das Haus liegt zentral nahe Stedtli-Zentrum mit Einkauf, Parking, Bank und Apotheke und in ein paar Schritten ist man am Bahnhof Interlaken West. Zur Wohnung gehört kein fixer Parkplatz. Im Stedtli-Zentrum werden jedoch immer wieder Einstellhallenplätze frei, welche gemietet werden können.

La maison a été construite avec une bonne qualité de construction et diverses rénovations/transformations ont été effectuées dans les appartements cette année. Au rez-de-chaussée et au sous-sol se trouve un local commercial. L'escalier menant aux appartements se trouve du côté est de la maison. Il est accessible depuis la Bahnhofstrasse par une petite route de liaison derrière la moitié de la maison. Outre le local commercial, il y a un appartement de 1,5 pièces au rez-de-chaussée. Au premier étage, la maison dispose d'un appartement de 3,5 pièces et d'un studio. Au deuxième étage et au grenier se trouve un grand appartement en duplex. Au sous-sol se trouvent les caves des appartements et la buanderie commune des deux petits appartements. La maison est située au centre, à proximité du centre-ville avec ses magasins, son parking, sa banque et sa pharmacie, et à quelques pas de la gare d'Interlaken-Ouest. L'appartement ne dispose pas de place de parking fixe. Cependant, des places de parking dans des parkings couverts sont toujours disponibles dans le centre-ville et peuvent être louées.

The house was built to a high standard of quality and various renovations/conversions were carried out in the apartments this year. There is a shop on the ground floor and in the basement. The staircase to the apartments is on the east side of the house. It can be reached from the Bahnhofstrasse via a small connecting road behind half of the house. In addition to the shop, there is a 1.5-room apartment on the ground floor. On the upper floor, the house has a 3.5-room apartment and a studio. On the 2nd upper floor and the attic there is a large duplex attic apartment. In the basement there are the cellars of the apartments and the general laundry room of the two small apartments. The house is centrally located near the Stedtli center with shopping, parking, bank and pharmacy, and the Interlaken West train station is just a few steps away. The apartment does not have a fixed parking space. However, there are always parking spaces available in the Stedtli center that can be rented.
