Das Haus wurde in guter Bauqualität erstellt und in diesem Jahr wurden diverse Renovationen/Umbauten in den Wohnungen durchgeführt. Im Unter- und Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Ladenlokal. Im Stedtli-Zentrum werden jedoch immer wieder Einstellhallenplätze frei, welche gemietet werden können.

The house was built to a high standard of quality and various renovations/conversions were carried out in the apartments this year. There is a shop on the ground floor and in the basement. The staircase to the apartments is on the east side of the house. It can be reached from the Bahnhofstrasse via a small connecting road behind half of the house. In addition to the shop, there is a 1.5-room apartment on the ground floor. On the upper floor, the house has a 3.5-room apartment and a studio. On the 2nd upper floor and the attic there is a large duplex attic apartment. In the basement there are the cellars of the apartments and the general laundry room of the two small apartments. The house is centrally located near the Stedtli center with shopping, parking, bank and pharmacy, and the Interlaken West train station is just a few steps away. The apartment does not have a fixed parking space. However, there are always parking spaces available in the Stedtli center that can be rented.
