Ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne/WC sowie Doppelwaschtisch und ein zweites Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC.
Das Elternschlafzimmer bietet ausserdem ebenfalls einen direkten Zugang auf den Balkon.
Zur Mitbenutzung stehen Ihnen in der gemeinschaftlichen Waschküche zwei Waschmaschinen, ein Tumbler sowie ein Secomat zur Verfügung.
Ein Kellerabteil sowie ein Skikasten gehören ebenfalls zur Wohnung.
Bei Bedarf kann ein Einstellplatz für CHF 140.-/Monat dazu gemietet werden.
Es handelt sich um eine Erstwohnung und wird nur an Personen mit dem Hauptwohnsitz in Davos vermietet. Keine Nutzung als Ferienwohnung möglich.
Familien werden bevorzugt.
Die Wohnung wir in Dauermiete mit einer Mindestmietdauer von einem Jahr vermietet. Die Mietkaution beträgt 3 Monatsmieten.
