As we will be travelling abroad, we are offering our apartment for sublet from 1 November 2026 until 1 August 2027. A move-in or move-out date a few weeks earlier or later may be possible by mutual agreement. The rental price is also negotiable within reason.
The apartment is located in a quiet and well-connected area, only 35 minutes on foot from the Hubertus station. From there, the main railway station can be reached in approximately 15 minutes, and public transport connections are excellent in general.
The apartment includes a private garden patio of approximately 12 m², providing a pleasant outdoor space to relax. (Unfortunately, the available photos were taken on a rainy day.)
The apartment will be rented fully furnished. Some personal belongings visible in the photos (such as computers, photographs, and other private items) will not be included during the sublet period.
Please note that the storage cellar/basement compartment is not included, as we will use it to store our belongings while travelling.
The existing internet connection can be taken over if desired.

Da wir auf Reisen gehen, vermieten wir unsere schöne Wohnung vom 01.11.2026 bis zum 01.08.2027 zur Untermiete. Ein früherer oder späterer Ein- bzw. Auszug um einige Wochen ist nach Absprache möglich. Auch der Mietpreis ist innerhalb eines gewissen Rahmens verhandelbar.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen und gut angebundenen Lage, nur 35 Gehminuten von der Haltestelle Hubertus entfernt. Von dort aus erreicht man den Hauptbahnhof in rund 15 Minuten. Auch sonst ist die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr sehr gut.

Zur Wohnung gehört ein ca. 12 m² grosser Gartensitzplatz, der zum Entspannen und Verweilen einlädt. (Die vorhandenen Fotos wurden leider bei Regen aufgenommen.)

Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet. Einzelne persönliche Gegenstände, die auf den Fotos zu sehen sind (z. B. Computer, Fotos und weitere private Gegenstände), werden während der Mietdauer nicht in der Wohnung verbleiben.

Das Kellerabteil ist nicht Bestandteil der Untermiete, da wir dieses während unserer Reise als Lagerraum benötigen.

Auf Wunsch kann zudem der bestehende Internetanschluss übernommen werden.
