Ich suche ab sofort eine neue Mibewohern:in für meine grosszügige 4,5 Zimmer Wohnung direkt hinter dem Prime Tower. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 120 m² gross und verfügt über eine grosse Küche, eine Loggia sowie ein Reduit mit eigenem Waschturm (Waschmaschine und Trockner).
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 14 m² gross und verfügt über ein privates Badezimmer mit 3,7 m², das ausschliesslich zur eigenen Nutzung gehört.
Zu mir: Ich bin 36 Jahre alt und arbeite in einer Schule. Ich habe verschiedene Hobbies wie Sport, Gamen und Malen, Kochen, ab und zu habe ich auch Besuch von Familie und Freunden in der Wohnung. Meine WG ist politisch links und queerfreundlich. Auch internationale Mitbewohner:innen und Expats sind herzlich willkommen. Ich schätze ein respektvolles, achtsames Zusammenleben, bin aber froh, wenn jeder sein eigenes Ding macht.

I am looking for a new flatmate (female or male) for my spacious 4.5-room apartment located directly behind the Prime Tower. The apartment is approx. 120 m² in total and features a large kitchen, a loggia, and a storage room with a private washing machine and dryer. The room for rent is 14 m² and comes with a private bathroom (3.7 m²) for exclusive use.
About me: I am 36 years old and work at a school. My hobbies include sports, gaming, cooking and painting, and I occasionally have visits from friends or family. The shared flat is politically left-leaning and queer-friendly. International flatmates and expats are very welcome. English is spoken in the flat.
