Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen und verfügt über eine Dachterrasse mit wunderschönem Blick über Zürich und die Berge. ÖV (Bus und Tram) sowie verschiedene Supermärkte sind in fünf Minuten erreichbar, zum Hauptbahnhof gelangt man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Zum Zimmer:
Ein 15 m² großes Zimmer es liegt abseits der Straße und ist daher angenehm ruhig. Die Monatsmiete beträgt ca. CHF 1600, inkl. Nebenkosten, Netflix-Abo, Putzfrau u. v. m. Einzugsdatum Anfang September (mit Flexibilität nach Besprechung).
Zu uns:
Astrid (43) macht irgendwas mit Kommunikation und hat den grünen Daumen in der WG. Ist gerne draußen beim Wandern, Mountainbiken oder Snowboarden Hauptsache, sie muss dafür nicht zu früh aufstehen.
Anna (29) promoviert über Vulkane, schaut trashige Filme und spielt Roller Derby. Für eine Wanderung oder Skifahren ist sie ebenfalls leicht zu begeistern.
Phillippe (31) Think-Tanker und politwirtschaftlicher Allrounder. Immer für spannende Diskussionen über die neuesten Abstimmungen zu haben das Glas Wein dazu darf nicht fehlen. Musikalisch beschallt er die WG mit Akkordeon und Klavier.
Jess (32) betreut tagsüber ein Biolabor und ist nach Anna unsere zweite Denglisch (oder in diesem Fall Bärn-glisch) sprechende Roller Derby Spielerin. Als Weitwanderin, Pflanzennerd und vegane Koch-eskalatorin ist auch sie leicht für Indoor und Outdoor-Aktivitäten zu begeistern (inkl. plant foraging in der Nachbarschaft).
Unser WG-Leben:
Wir stellen uns das WG-Leben als Gemeinschaft vor eine reine Zweck-WG kommt für uns nicht infrage. Bisher gab es bei uns regelmäßig Film- und Kochabende, gemeinsame Geburtstagsüberraschungen und immer mal wieder WG-Partys (mit Motto). Das würden wir in der neuen Konstellation gern beibehalten!
Organisation und Sauberkeit sind uns wichtig, und wir alle tragen unseren Teil dazu bei, die Wohnung für uns alle schön zu halten.
