Übernahme nach Absprache, auch kurzfristig ab Juli wäre möglich.
Die Wohnung hat 2 gut geschnittene und geräumige Zimmer ( ein davon mit Balkon zum grünen Innenhof) und eine große abgeschlosse Küche mit großem Kühlschrank , Geschirrspüler , vielen Schränken ( moderne weiße Küche), Platz für Esstisch , zweites Balkon.
Bad mit Badewanne und Handtuchheizung. Waschküche im
Keller ohne starren Plan . In der Straße kann man als Einwohner in blauen Zonen parkieren. Buss-, Tram und Migros sind fussläufig in wenigen Minuten entfernt.
Züricher Altstadt und See und Bahnhof Stadelhofen sind in wenigen Minuten fussläufig erreichbar.
Im Haus wohnt sehr nette Nachbarschaft.
Da ich leider sehr kurz hier gewohnt habe und aus rein privaten Gründen Zürich verlasse, habe ich mich noch nicht eingerichtet und füge keine Fotos bei.
Bei Interesse können paar wenige Möbel für den Start übernommen werden. Diese sind neu und kaum benutzt. Die Wohung ist sehr praktisch geschnitten, die Küche separat und abschließbar ist , daher wäre auch ein 2-WG möglich .
