Die Balkon geht, wie auch das Schlafzimmer, zum ruhigen Innenhof hinaus.
Das ganze Haus wurde 2015 komplett saniert.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, doch gut angebunden in der Nähe des Voltaplatzes, des Rheins und des Novartis-Campus. Die Stationen der Tramlinien 1 und 11 sowie der Autobahnauffahrt sind nah und sorgen für eine gute Verkehrsanbindung.

The apartment in St Johans quarter has a living room with open kitchen (incl. dishwasher), bedroom, small office or guest room and a bathroom with large shower. The rooms have a beautiful parquet flooring.
Washing machine and tumble dryer are located halfway up the stairs. A cellar compartment also belongs to the apartment.
The balcony goes out, as well as the bedroom, to the quiet courtyard.
The whole house was completely renovated in 2015.
The service charges amount to CHF 150.
The apartment is quiet, yet well connected near Voltaplatz, the Rhine and the Novartis campus. The stations of the streetcar lines 1 and 11 as well as the highway access are close and provide good transport connections.
