Die Wohnung wurde im September 2023 neu renoviert.
Alles Mobiliar ist fast wie neu. Das Bett, die Matratze, die Decken, Teller, Gläser, Bügeleisen.
Zum Wäschewaschen gibt es 2 Maschinen und 2 Trockner und Räumlichkeit zum aufhängen.
Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Keller und ein separater Platz um sein Fahrrad abzustellen.
In 2 Minuten ist man beim Schappecenter mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Bushaltestelle Bus Nr. 1 Fahrzeit zum Bahnhof in 15 Minuten.
Ein Parkplatz kann ggf. falls was frei für 100 CHF angemietet werden. Oder in der Nähe findet man was bei den anderen Wohnblöcken.
Wichtig für mich ein aktuellen Betreiberauszug und unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag, sowie eine Kaution von 1500 CHF.
Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Rauchen NUR auf dem Balkon.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung für 4 Monate, sprich bis Oktober. Falls ich länger fort bin, gebe ich dem Untermieter 2 Monate vorher bescheid für eine Verlängerung oder Übernahme der Wohnung mit Inventar gegen eine Ablöse.
Zur Miete kommen noch 50 CHF Strom.
