Wir suchen per Mitte Juli Nachmieter für unsere schöne, sonnige und grosszügige 4.5 Zimmer-Wohnung im Gwatt, direkt an der Bushaltestelle Hännisweg.
Die Wohnung wird voraussichtlich per 19. Juli verfügbar sein (genaues Datum wird noch mitgeteilt).
Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock eines Zweifamilienhauses (Vermieter sind im Parterre) und hat schöne Holzböden und einen grossen Balkon. Zur Wohnung gehört eine eigene Waschmaschine/Tumbler (in der Waschküche) sowie ein Aussenparkplatz, Keller und Estrichabteil dazu.
Die Küche verfügt über eine schöne Steinabdeckung, Glaskeramikherd, Backofen, Steamer, Geschirrspüler und Gefrierschrank.
Die Miete beträgt 1800.- pro Monat (inkl. Nebenkosten).
Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Zudem ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet für Paare mit Kindern.
Bevorzugt werden Mieter die die Wohnung per Mitte Juli übernehmen, und die bereit sind einen einmaligen Betrag zur Waschmaschine zu übernehmen (350.-).
Besichtigungstermine finden bis ca. 20. Juni statt.
