In einer Minute zu Fuss bei direkten ÖV-Verbindungen zum Hauptbahnhof (Station Wander). Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis von 10 Minuten.
Ich suche eine/n Zwischenmieter*in von Ende September (ca. 28.09.2026, Absprache) bis Mitte Februar (ca. 08. Februar 2027, Absprache), da ich auf eine längere Reise gehe. Meine geliebte Wohnung überlasse ich gerne einer freundlichen, sauberen Person, die Sorge zum Mobiliar trägt und die Wohnung während meiner Abwesenheit mit Leben füllt und pflegt. In meiner Wohnung hat es leider keinen Platz für Haustiere und da ich keinen Balkon habe, suche ich eine/n Nichtraucher*in.
