Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, ist hell, gemütlich eingerichtet und hat einen schönen Balkon ideal für jemanden, der Zürich im Sommer geniessen möchte und für diese Zeit einen angenehmen Ort zum Wohnen sucht. Zusätzlich steht ein Sportkeller zur Verfügung.
Wichtig ist uns, dass die Person sorgfältig mit der Wohnung umgeht und in dieser Zeit auch zuverlässig zu unseren Pflanzen schaut. Eine kurze Einführung und klare Instruktionen zum Giessen geben wir selbstverständlich vorab.
Die Wohnung eignet sich für eine Einzelperson, ein Paar oder auch zwei Personen, die gemeinsam eine Zeit in Zürich verbringen möchten. Uns ist wichtig, dass keine Partys stattfinden und die Wohnung respektvoll genutzt wird. Es hat Internet zum arbeiten etc.
Vor der Untervermietung würden wir uns gerne kurz persönlich oder per Teams kennenlernen. Zudem vereinbaren wir ein Depot als Sicherheit. **Bitte melde dich nur, wenn du konkret an einer befristeten Untermiete für rund vier Wochen interessiert bist und ein Depot für dich in Ordnung ist.**
