- Ein winziger Balkon - gerade groß genug für einen Morgenkaffee
Das Viertel:
Wiedikon ist zentral, ohne hektisch zu sein - großartige Restaurants, Cafes und einfache Tramverbindungen zum Rest der Stadt. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wer ich suche:
Jemand Ordentlichen, Respektvollen und Verantwortungsvollen. Dies ist mein Zuhause und ich würde es gerne jemandem übergeben, dem ich vertrauen kann.
Miete: CHF 2,300/Monat (alle Möbel, Geräte und Ausstattung inklusive)
Mindestens 3 Monate, mit Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung.
