Fuer mein WG-Zimmer suche ich ab dem 01.07.2026 eine weibliche Nachmieterin. Aktuell zur Untermiete befristet bis 31.12.2026 mit Option auf Verlängerung.
Du wuerdest die Wohnung mit meiner sympathischen, ruhigen und ordentlichen Mitbewohnerin (29) teilen. Ein angenehmes, respektvolles und unkompliziertes Zusammenleben wäre wichtig.

Die Lage ist hervorragend: Die Tram- und Bushaltestelle Schwert befindet sich direkt vor der Haustuere. Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten und weitere Angebote des taeglichen Bedarfs sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Gleichzeitig bietet die Naehe zur Waid und zur Limmat einen schoenen Ausgleich zum Stadtleben.
