Die Wohnung wurde vor rund einem Jahr komplett saniert und ist entsprechend in Top-Zustand. Sie ist hell, stilvoll und sehr gepflegt, mit wunderschönem Parkett, moderner Küche, schönem Bad und einem grosszügigen Wohnbereich.
Das Zimmer ist zwar eher klein, wirkt aber sehr angenehm und wohnlich. Alle meine persönlichen Sachen werden selbstverständlich vollständig ausgeräumt, und das Zimmer wird tiptop gereinigt übergeben.

* Kleiderständer
* Kommode
* aktuell ein Pult, das ich auf Wunsch gerne entferne
* statt dem Pult kann ich auf Wunsch auch einen schönen Sessel o.ä. hineinstellen
* der Fernseher kann ebenfalls auf Wunsch entfernt werden

Ich bin beruflich vorübergehend in einer anderen Stadt, deshalb suche ich eine unkomplizierte Person für eine zeitlich befristete Zwischenmiete.
