A fourth room containing personal belongings will remain locked, which is why the apartment is offered at a significantly reduced rental rate. Tenants will have access to the spacious open-plan living and kitchen area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a balcony.
The rental period from 17 July to 26 September 2026 is flexible and can be adjusted by mutual agreement. We welcome inquiries and are open to different rental durations within this timeframe.
