Wir vermieten unser Apartment, das sich nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Wiedikon entfernt, bevor wir Ende August vollständig einziehen.
Das Apartment ist 63 Quadratmeter groß und ideal für ein Paar. Es ist geräumig und bietet eine sehr ruhige Umgebung mit viel Licht.
Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, eine Terrasse, ein separates Ankleidezimmer und eine große offene Wohnfläche, die das Wohnzimmer und die Küche kombiniert. Es liegt im 5. Stock mit Aufzugeinrichtung.
Eine Untermiete ist von unserem Vermieter erlaubt und wir haben eine schriftliche Genehmigung.
Wir suchen nach einer Untermieterin oder einem Untermieter ab Dienstag, dem 16. Juni, bis Mitte/Ende August.
Das Apartment ist möbliert, aber mit anderer Ausstattung als auf den Bildern (anderes Bett, Esstisch, kein TV).
Strenges Haustier- und Rauchverbot im Gebäude.
